Fall Trends 2015

Its finally under 80 degrees in Florida.  Enter boots, scarves, and pumpkin EVERYTHING--and it's also time to shake up your look.  Believe it or not, things have changed since last fall, and you can no longer reasonably tuck your jeggings into tall boots.  We've traveled the world recently (ok, just New York and Vegas) so here's a little debriefing on fall style.

Prepare for it ladies...the little neck scarf has replaced your statement necklace.  Rock out a classic bandana or go vintage, silk or whatever--anything goes for print or material, just keep it small.

Leather (Still)

Leather is still going strong, but step outside the box of your typical moto jacket.  Keeping it sporty?  These faux leather shorts are perfect with a graphic tee and statement sneakers.

And don't forget about suede.  I love how this blogger styled this Mink Pink suede skirt (coming soon) with a 70s vibe.

Flared Denim

Don't chuck your skinnies or boyfriends yet, but theres definitely a new (or old, depending on your age) kid on the block: flares.  Wear them with a wedge or a clog and tuck your flowy blouse or fitted tee in.  That's right...tuck it in and wear a cute belt.  It'll be ok--we're not used to it either but this look is adorable, I promise.  Look how cute Kate Moss, Poppy Delevinge, and Heidi Klum are in their flares!

Try these Mink Pink beauties...

So here's where it gets a little weird.  Cropped, wide-legged pants may not be for everybody, but if your feeling a little adventurous this fall, why not try a culotte?  These aren't exactly new in the high fashion world, where they've been playing with this shape for a couple seasons now, but for us mere mortals culottes are super fresh and different.  Give them a whirl as a fancy trouser with a statement shoe, or in denim with clogs for an adorable seventies throwback.

This Lip Color

Pinky-brown lipstick or pencil (or 'mocha' if you will), such as Urban Decay's 1993 Matte Revolution, is a must this fall. Add it in to your rotation next to your classic red and deep dark wine to round out your autumn beauty routine.

And there you have it!  Just a few ideas to jumpstart your look this fall and get out of your pumpkin-spiced style rut.
