Poor design caused me to dismiss the chat window when I clicked on a different tab in Jumba Bet after the first agent switched me to another one. When I told the third agent that I hadn’t yet signed up, he abruptly cut off further conversation.
This casino seems to have a problem with players inquiring about the bonuses they keep droning on about in their advertisements.
